Atlas currently provides a chatbot interface utilizing illustrative financial data to demonstrate potential financial planning scenarios (the "MVP Service"). Our goal is to help service members and their families explore financial concepts.
Future Development: We are actively developing the Service. Future versions may include integration with third-party services via APIs to access real-time financial data and offer more personalized financial insights and advice. Features and functionalities are subject to change.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

The current MVP Service is provided free of charge.
Future Subscriptions: We reserve the right to introduce subscription fees for individuals or groups in the future for access to enhanced features or the Service generally. We will provide notice of any fee changes, and you will have the opportunity to accept the new fees or discontinue your use of the paid services.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Atlas and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
